Cartridges were the quickest interface but I only had one...maybe they werent available much. I had the cassette player first and about five games but the problem as you probably know is WAAAY slow load time and probability of error. Floppys were the best alternative, better load times and you could hack the games and copy em:) Michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05381535264849013484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7831251856149369826.post-83510484254265197292012-08-27T21:38:03.489-04:002012-08-27T21:38:03.489-04:00Dont feel bad I had to look it up too....I remembe...Dont feel bad I had to look it up too....I remembered it when I saw the ad but it took me a bit.Michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05381535264849013484noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7831251856149369826.post-57359785735107988332012-08-27T20:26:25.209-04:002012-08-27T20:26:25.209-04:00I had a Texas Instruments computer before the Comm...I had a Texas Instruments computer before the Commodore came out and it used a cassette drive. What a cracking home computer for the time though. Nobody could tear me away from it. What does intrigue me a bit is that all your games were on floppy disk. In the UK you pretty much bought everything on cassette. Is that just a cultural difference like automatic and manual cars or did people use cassettes in the States as well? I just always assumed that was the case.Jonathan Maynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17370492777450504865noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7831251856149369826.post-14432061832654654532012-08-21T21:20:43.104-04:002012-08-21T21:20:43.104-04:00I dont remember that one but I'll check my cou...I dont remember that one but I'll check my cousin's games, between the two of us we have just about em all.
